How long does shipping take?
USA: 7-20 days. INTERNATIONAL: 15-30 days (depending on country). Depending on where you live, you may still receive it sooner than estimated. Watch for tracking numbers to be added to your account.
Does my country qualify for free shipping?
As long as shipping is available to your country, you qualify for free shipping on orders over $40 USD.
Why doesn't my discount code work?
Only 1 discount code can be applied per order so be sure to choose the best one and save the others for future orders. Also be sure the discount code has not expired.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we have begun to process the order or have already shipped it then no, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I change my shipping address fir the order I submitted?
It is essential that you enter the correct address at the time of checkout. Once the order gets processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to the address.
What if there was an error in my order?
If you are missing items, it is possible they may be arriving in a separate shipment. Check the packing slip that was included with in the shipment. If you have received the wrong item, please make note of the item name and quantity. Email a picture with your order information as well as whether they arrived instead of, or in addition to items that you ordered, it will help us expedite the process of correcting the error.
What if my order is missing an item?
If your packing slip indicates the missing item should have been included with your order, please contact us. We also recommend checking your invoice as your item may have been shipped in a separate package. You may not receive all your packages at the same time so please wait or check your account for multiple tracking numbers before contacting us concerning shortages. If an error has been made, we will be happy to fix it for you. Claims for missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.
How do I return an item?
To return an item you must contact us for return approval and obtain an authorization number. Pack the item(s) securely into a box and write the return authorization number on the outside. Please include your name and order number inside the box. If there is no authorization number on the outside, the package will be refused. We recommend sending the package with insurance and/or tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be completed.
Do I have to pay taxes and duty?
Import taxes may be issued by your government. We do not have control over any duties and taxes that may be required in your country. Duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Why is an item missing from my order?
There is an unlikely chance that the item ordered may sold out by the time you submitted your order. If this is the case, you will not be charged for items not included in your order. Please always check the included paperwork when your package arrives to see if the item is missing or if it has been sent in a separate shipment. If you see that you have been charged for an item you did not receive, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Why was I charged differently than your advertised price?
All products on NailArtSuperstore.com are priced in USD and you are charged in USD. If you reside outside of the United States, your bank will convert USD to your currency when your credit card is charged. Please contact your financial institution if you have additional questions.
