30 Day Refund And Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase.
If you have received the wrong style or it is broken and you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us photos of the product. Photos can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your correspondence we will advise how to proceed.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us to get return authorization. If it is returned without an authorization number on the outside of the box, the package will be refused.Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend sending the package with insurance and/or tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet please be sure you have waited the 5 business days as it takes time between processing the refund and it being posted to your statement. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.

All Sale items are a final sale and are non-refundable.
